VANOV TECHNOLOGY UNIPESSOAL LDA provides the full range of network management services.

Data network management includes installation, configuration and support of both the WAN and LAN environments throughout the head office and regional sites across the state.

We also provide network design, capacity, performance, asset and project management and resourcing across the Data and voice networks.

VANOV TECHNOLOGY UNIPESSOAL LDA have plan to develop a common set of network metrics i.e. router CPU, memory, interface utilisation, interface errors, etc, to be monitored and managed. Further metrics can be included to the customer’s requirement. This data will be continually monitored and included in trending reports, which will form part of the Network Capacity Planning and Service Delivery process.

VANOV TECHNOLOGY UNIPESSOAL LDA are planning utilize Network Node Manager (NNM). NNM is part of our Plan Service Centre solution and will provide:

• Availability and performance monitoring of network objects;
• Events, faults, threshold violations and log errors forwarded to VANOV TECHNOLOGY UNIPESSOAL LDA support personnel via e-mail or SMS messages;
• Automated corrective actions; and
• Root Cause Analysis

Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration:

VANOV TECHNOLOGY UNIPESSOAL LDA has an extensive and deep understanding of Storage Area Networking (SAN) technologies, their limitations and how to successfully deploy and manage them.

We have implemented a wide range of large complex Storage solutions, including:

• Dell EMC, Network Appliance, IBM, Sun, HP and HDS Storage Arrays;
• Fibre Channel, iSCSI and Network Attached Connectivity solutions using CISCO, McData and Brocade;
• Storage Management Solutions from Dell EMC, HP, IBM;
• Snapshot, Remote Replication and Backup and Recovery;
• Integration with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange; and
• Storage Virtualisation, Hierarchical Storage Management and Archival Solutions.

Security Management:

Security is an area that works across the entire infrastructure and is an area that requires significant expertise.

VANOV TECHNOLOGY UNIPESSOAL LDA can operate, maintain and administer all security infrastructure including Firewalls, VPN Solutions, Filtering and Security related software, hardware and cabling elements. We will also manage the DMZ.

We can at all times comply with Client’s Security Policy, including the maintenance of Audit Trails and Logs.

Our Managed Security Services capabilities provide on-going maintenance of the security infrastructure including:

• Managed two factor token based authentication services;
